Return and Refund Policy


At Norsemanclothing.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Exceptions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Customers: residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Refunds

  • Process: Please contact info@norseman.co.uk with you order information and the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@norsemanclothing.co.uk and send the item back to the address provided.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@norsemanclothing.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Ship the items back to us using the return address provided after contacting us. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore norsemanclothing.co.uk reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
